INFORMATION ECONOMY IN UKRAINE: PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article recommends practical steps, targeted management actions and
script forecasting methods for implementing a knowledge management model
into the regional information administration. The authors offer the first group
of scenarios for the development of regional information management, which
are classic and are defined in positive, negative and neutral scenarios to meet
the requirement for motivation in the face of rapid changes. Basic theoretical
and methodological approaches are systematized and classified according to
several directions that shape the latest vision of regional administration in the
format of regional information management to formulate strategies for
digitization. The recommended scenarios, referred to the second group, are
alternative and incorporate innovative, conservative and socio-liberal
scenarios. The authors recommend to integrate the above-mentioned scenarios
so as to further implement the management model of the regional information
administration.
