Abstract

The article analyzes the current state of the theoretical approach,
concerning the improvement of business processes at the enterprise and the
tendencies of development of business processes in the conditions of changing
environmental changes. An algorithm for improving the business process of the
engineering service of the enterprise is introduced, which aims to identify the
problems of the existing business process and the ability to evaluate the
effectiveness of changes. As a result of the introduced changes, the efficiency of
the business process of the engineering service has increased due to the
uninterrupted flow of the main technological process.
