MANAGEMENT OF SECONDARY, PRESCHOOL AND EXTRACURRICULAR EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN TERMS OF DECENTRALIZATION
The article analyzes the current state, trends and problems of the development of education in Ukraine and the city of Mariupol. The subject of the research is the management processes of institutions of secondary, preschool and extracurricular education in the conditions of decentralization. The aim of the study is to analyze the current state of secondary, pre-school and extracurricular education in Mariupol. The study used general scientific and special methods of analysis and synthesis, analogies and comparisons, statistical and analytical. In particular, the article presents a model of an integrated strategy for creating competitive advantages in the framework of the “New Ukrainian School” Concept, summarizes the non-use of funds for educational subventions in 2018, establishes the dynamics of payments from the city budget under the article “Education” for Mariupol for 2016-2018. (budget execution), ways and measures to modernize domestic education at the stage of digitalization of the economy, a scheme for identifying a model for improving the educational policy of Mariupol is given.
