Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the functions of the head of a social institution for the organization of career advancement of its employees. The most effective approaches to the career interaction of personnel within the organization are investigated. The role of leadership in motivating employees to lifelong education, searching for opportunities for professional growth and networking with other specialists in the field of social services is clarified.
