ASYMMETRY OF THE DOMESTIC LABOR MARKET: ANALYSIS OF THE CONDITION OF INFORMATIONAL SUPPORT
The article considers the problem of asymmetry of information of the domestic labor market in accordance with its manifestations in the form of imbalances. Inconsistency of nation-wide approaches to the formation of information procurment for labor market regulation, outdated labor legislation, lack of regulations for the formation of analytical reports that would consider all information sources available on the market, informal labor relations etc. are the consequences of inability to establish market equilibrium, at a time when it is essential to regulate the processes in the market as well as it's socio-economic phenomena. The article examines the status quo of information support of labor market regulation and formulates proposals for its improvement, aiming to provide all labor market actors with relevant information that will have an undeniable impact on reducing the asymmetry of information used in the domestic labor market.
