Scientific research, the main materials of which are provided in this article, contains a comparative analysis of modern neoliberal concepts of information-knowledge economy. According to the results of the key ideas comparison among the supporters of the concepts of knowledge and "self-entrepreneur", the following is determined: both concepts deny the worker's ownership of the intellectual workforce; refute the facts of self-employed workers exploitation, recognize only the positive features of new models of remote employment. The article considers the intra-system conditions that led to a change in the links of production factors, and caused the corresponding deformations of capitalist society institutional matrix with the preservation of old and the emergence of new contradictions of property relations. It is shown that with the practical implementation of the "self-entrepreneur" concept ideas of the employee’s status is not provided with social guarantees. It is proved that in the model of remote employment contracts of externally independent self-entrepreneurs with large customers act as an institutional form of non-economic coercion and increase exploitation.
