COMPETENCE APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT OF INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF TOURIST ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article considers the interference of the concepts "innovative competence", "innovative competence", "innovative potential" as conditions of the competence approach to the management of the innovative potential of tourist enterprises. Based on the map of assessment of innovative competencies, an inventory of innovative competencies of tourism enterprises (experts, violinists, patients, commutants) was conducted, which allowed to suggest ways to develop innovative competencies of the enterprise, which will contribute to the formation of innovative competence.
