Abstract

The article reveals the main features of the career strategy of the management personnel of the organization, defines the implementation methods, discloses possible difficulties, investigates the importance of the career strategy for the management personnel, for the employees themselves, and, directly, for the organization. The theoretical aspects of the career strategy of the organization's management personnel are highlighted.
In addition, the article describes the importance and necessity of career changes, which are integral in the conditions of modern modernization, in almost all spheres of life, thus confirming the significant role of management personnel in this process, as well as the availability of practical skills, effective methods and means of implementing a career strategy.
